in-Command not reading ambient temperature

Our in-command was not properly reading our battery volt levels. We did a hard reboot which fixed the problem, but then it stopped reading the ambient temperature which disabled the AC and heater. Tried rebooting again. No change. Any ideas out there as to what to try next?

You may have to reload the floor plan into iN·Command..do a site search on iN·Command issues on the forum https://in-command.net/wp-content/up...floor_plan.pdf

This may help but others are pretty experienced on the site. I’m sure they will respond

When I had this problem, I removed the fuse at the converter panel for the zone that the temperature sensor was associated with and reinstalled it after waiting a few seconds. That solved it for me. For example when the temp indicator for my kitchen/living room was doing this, I removed the fuse labeled zone 2 this killed power to everything in this area (including) the temperature sensor.

According to the guide at the link below, it’s possible the gateway is not getting power. Check fuses would be my first thing to look at.

Howdy! If you go to User CP and fill out the "signature" field with your trailer and tow vehicle models, we can sometimes give you faster help. Seek out both places and fill them both in; the obvious one doesn't show up on your postings, the other one does. Thanks!
