Lippert Stabilizers Dead

I have a 2020 year Keystone Cougar 24SABWE, purchased in summer 2019. It has front and rear Lippert PSX1 stabilizers. Never had any problems with the stabilizers till just the other day. I dropped the front ones to replace the block under my front jack. Went to raise them and no power at the switch. Checked rear stabilizers and no power there either. All other power seems to work in the trailer. The batteries are brand new lithium and full charge.

I have checked the breaker/fuse panel and change the inline 6 amp fuse/breaker at the the front stabilizer motor, can not find any problem and still not working.

Obviously I'm missing something. Please help.

There are two or three "mini DC circuit breakers" on the lower bulkhead under the front of your trailer. They are directly behind the battery box, under the front trailer skin. Chances are one of them is faulty. They corrode, break, get soaked with water and fail. They will probably be covered with a black or a red rubber cover over the terminal screws.

Additionally, make sure you check all the ground wires and attachments. Many Keystone trailers are built with the ground wire attached to the frame under a self tapping screw. Many times, corrosion will cause that ground not to make good contact and cause problems just like you have.

Auto stabilizer has a "brains" box somewhere ours in under the bed. This control unit has a couple of fuses on the boards. These fuses could be your issue.

PSX1 stab jacks are manual with one motor for each the front pair and the rear pair. PSX2 has a motor at each jack but is still a manual system.

Ground Control TT is the only auto level system that Lippert makes for travel trailers.
