New RV owner

Hello... new to RV'ing. My wife and I just purchased at 2015 Raptor 332TS that we tow with a 2021 F350 6.7 diesel. We have yet to take our maiden voyage, but very much look forward to it. (head out for a week in Feb)
Since purchasing, we have been slowly 'making it our own' by cleaning, arranging and learning how to operate the various systems. At this point everything is working as advertised EXCEPT the external stereo speakers and more importantly the generator start stop switch on the control panel inside the RV. The generator primes, starts and stops perfectly from the outside switch, but I can't seem to get the inside switch to work. Is there are trick to using the inside switch?
I will follow this up with I haven't messed with it much and I have NOT looked in this forum yet but I will do my do diligence and do some research.

Welcome to the forum

Congrats on your new to you purchase. Outside speakers, there is probably a switch somewhere, hopefully someone with your model will chime in.

Gen remote start, there is a harness that plugs into the gen and the switch. It’s 5 small white wires as I recall, make sure it’s there and plugged in.

Welcome. That is a lot of camper for a 3/4 ton's payload. 16.5K lbs gross weight will have a payload almost 4k lbs. Safety first!

Well, that wasn't my trailer so the outside speakers may still be wired to work.. I hate outdoor speakers...

However, look on the stereo there is most likely buttons marked ZONE 1, Zone 2, and maybe ZONE 3... one of them is outside.

The GenSet switch is most likely disconnected or burned out.. I'd pull it out of the panel and see if it is getting 12 volts

The brand and model of the stereo receiver would be highly beneficial but as Javi said it's probably a matter of making the right selection....and, I've never used my outside speakers either.
