My 2020 Cougar didn't come with a build sheet. Had to make my own. My 2010 Trailmanor came with an RV Data Sheet which was the same thing.
The dealer is clueless about what is in a given model even if they have the VIN. I recommend that each owner have a list of appliance model/serial numbers, makes it easier when you need to order a repair part.
