Under Chassis Storage Compartments?

Does any one have the under chassis storage compartments made by Lippert on their 5th wheel? It looks like a great idea for storing the 50AMP cord and your leveling blocks, etc. It is pricey but looks convenient. Just curious if it worth the investment or if you need to make any adjustments with the trailer skirting.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

If they are a bolt on installation and the siding/undercarriage don't have to be modified, I'm very interested. But, if I've got to do some cutting, welding and modify the lower part of the trailer walls to make them fit, then I'm not sure I need the extra space that much..... I wish I could find someone who has them installed so I could see how they fit and what's involved.

A double drawer assembly, one drawer on each side would be ideal if they don't require modification to the trailer.
