Heater Air Conditioner Issue

When I turn the heat on, the air conditioner also comes on. Somewhere along the way this gets cured, but if I turn the heat off and then on again, the air conditioner wants to run again.

Does anyone know what is going on?

Which thermostat? Is it the small square Dometic one with the temp up/down on the right and the function button on the bottom?

We've got this t-stat, and had the same experience. I think it had to do with the auto-low-high fan setting.

Be sure the fan setting is on auto and then you should just get heat.
