Keystone Alpine 3500RE
Bought a brand new Alpine for La Mesa Rv in Albuquerque and have only used it six days and had too many issues to speak of. First time out had the living room slide leak in rain storm. La Mesa said they fixed it, but didn't. Second time out it leaked again. Third time out, major water leak in the under belly. Not to mention issues with the shower and toilet leaking. All in all, six days of use. Has anyone had such issues. La Mesa won't stand by there product pointing at Keystone and Keystone saying it's the dealers responsibility to fix the issues. https://vimeo.com/102195501
Any recommendations on how to deal with this issue. I have since found out that the RV industry is not protected by any sort of LEMON laws which is why I am standing in the middle of La Mesa and Keystone who don't backup their products. I am open to any suggestions you might have for me. I am out 50 grand and both companies are collection bonuses.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your Alpine, we have a 3500 RE and have only had problems with a plugged line on the black tank flush and the motion sensor not working. Both problems fixed quickly without question by our dealer.
Your problems should be repaired under warranty. The dealer needs to fix them and bill Keystone for the repairs. If your particular dealer is not willing to work with you, I would try contacting a different dealer to see if they will do the warranty repair. There is a camping world in your area that may be willing to help.
Or you can always park the 5er in front of the dealerships door with set up your lawn chair with a big sign that states they will not stand behind the warranty repairs on your new RV, that should go over real well. They will probably threaten to call the police to have you removed, at which time you can tell them "please do, I'm calling the local media". Maybe at that point they'd be willing to work with you.
Once you get the repairs made, you will love this 5er!

Are you certain the water in the underbelly is from an internal leak? We ran through a torrential downpour in eastern Nevada last year and the road spray from the wheels deposited about 5+ gals of water into the underbelly. The coroplast had many gaps/openings around the spring hangars and along the edge of the frame. Just something you might check.

Depending on the State(s) involved RVs can and do fall under certain Lemon Laws. There are also other Consumer Protection laws. I had a similar problem with the Dealer refusing to honor my warranty. Got the State Attorney General's office of consumer affairs involved. They basically told dealer to get with the program or their business license would be revoked. I like the idea of parking it front of dealership and calling news media.

We also had several issues with our 2012 Alpine 3500RE. Thankfully our dealer got the issues resolved and we really enjoy our Alpine. Call Keystone and tell them the dealer refuses to work with you. Contact the BBB to file a complaint.

Don't have an Alpine but when we had a TT and had issues with Camping World, my wife called Keystone. They gave us authorization to go to another dealer. Ended up not having to but it was nice to hear that they were willing to step up. It does sound like your dealer has dropped the ball.

My RV is still in the shop after two weeks. They now say it's a cracked fresh water tank which I have never used. I have always been connected to the city water hook up. Keystone is now saying they don't know what kind of tank to send........I bought the Rv in Nov and have only used it six days. What a disaster...........
