red/black wire

I just got a 2018 impact 311 ,and in the battery compartment there is a red black stripe wire ,were does go to ?

According to the keystone wiring standard a red/black wire is for a fuel tank level sending unit.

I looked it up on keystone wire standard , it says red/black is (fuel tank level sending units) GND SIGNAL . were do I hook it up to ?
