Cougar 2015 26RBI In-Line Fuse

Does the 2015 Cougar 26RBI have any sort of in-line fuse in the 12 volt battery wiring? I am trying to trouble shoot my 12 volt charger which seems to not be working.

First, if it's not charging, check the two RED 40 amp fuses on the converter/power center distribution center (the panel with the circuit breakers inside the trailer. Next, check the DC mini-breakers mounted near the batteries, usually on a trailer, mounted on the A-frame bulkhead behind the battery box and on fifth wheels, in the front compartment either above your head or on the wall (if there is a wall between the front storage and the pass through storage)

Disconnect the batter ground cable. With the unit plugged in check the voltage between the battery positive cable and the negative ground wire. No voltage = blown reverse polarity fuses or defective converter. Also check the voltage on the battery.

Has the battery ever been changed? With a 5 year old camper it's probably a bad battery if it's the original.
