Charging battery

I have a bullet 274bhswe. I was wondering if the plugin that goes to the truck charges the battery while towing.

Welcome to the forum

If your tow vehicle has an “active charge line” then yes. Some vehicles require some wiring, installing a fuse, or a relay. What year make model is your tow vehicle.

If your Suburban is equipped with the 7 way plug, you could check for voltage on the #4 pin on the connector. The Suburban should be running to verify voltage on the #4 pin.
Here is a schematic of the plug:

It depends entirely on the truck. Most trucks energize the charging pin; however, most don't energize the pin unless the truck is on, and some don't energize the pin until the truck is in gear. And in all these cases, the charging you are going to get from any truck will be low-powered compared to what the trailer's converter or a separate battery charger will provide.
