Key TV

We have had trouble with our main TV having sound and no picture
I believe it is in the Key TV, but not sure how to fix it. TV bedroom works fine can anyone direct me?

Take the operational TV and connect it to the "questionable cable outlet"... If you have video/audio, it's the TV that's defective... Cable typically carries both video and audio from the same source. If one is working, then the other is present (in the cable). Chances are you've got an issue with the tuner in the TV, not with the KeyTV system.

Look at your owner's manual for the TV. There should be a warranty card or warranty statement with the manual. If it's warrantied for 1 year or less, go to WalMart and find a replacement TV the same size. If it's warrantied for 2 years, contact the TV manufacturer's customer service department Monday morning.

TV's are cheaper now than I've seen them in 50 years, so in the big scheme of things, buy a new TV and keep on camping. If that's the most expensive thing you have to replace, you're not using the trailer often enough

If it's a Furrion 1) they won't respond, 2) it's junk anyway, 3) go to Best Buy, WalMart, Amazon and get a good TV. I'm going to replace mine with a Samsung and put the Furrion in the dumpster - I wouldn't pass that to anyone.
Sorry to be so pointed buy my new one came with Furrion "stuff" and I've replaced everything but the TV - get a smart one while you're at it.

And I'm stealing this from George our signature sheriff, but if you would add your trailer, tow vehicle etc. in your signature it sure helps folks give advice.

Before you go “kicking it to the curb” maybe go into the menu and check the settings. Most have an apt ion to “disable the speakers” if you are using a sound bar or radio for the tv sound.

I'm thinking if the "other" tv worked fine and that one had issues...it's probably the tv. Mine for some reason failed to have the "TV" option on the list of sources thereby eliminating any way to select cable or over the air.... Furrion? No phone contact or support - send emails - to folks that have no clue of what I'm saying or what they're doing. In now for warranty replacement - told them to get it replaced, leave it in a box and I will donate to Good Will or dump. I'll replace when I get it back with a decent unit. Not worth the effort to waste another minute on IMO. Others MMV.
