Roof on 2019 Fuzion TH

Hello everyone I have a 2019 Fuzion 369 and I'm wondering what would be the best product to clean and protect rubber roof and what type it is TPO or EPDM looking to clean it before October

Probably TPO but just pull the trim ring off the bathroom skylight and look at the material stapled around the egdges; white on white/tan = TPO. White on black = EPDM.

If I recall the only thing needed is a mild detergent such as Dawn, Spic Span, Simple Green, a medium bristle brush & a good scrubbing along with inspection of all caulk joints & around all protrusions with recaulking as needed.

Thanks and yes it’s TPO was able to locate my brochure that had construction details on roof but I’ll do the vent just as a secondary measure thanks again
