If the keytv module HAS 12vdc supplied to it and Blue LED isnt lit the module is BAD.. Simply remove the coax from ant out on the keytv module and measure the voltage at center pin and threads of the removed ant coax lead at the module box

if no 12vdc then the box is DEAD... without 12vdc power coming out of box going to roof OTA antenna the antenna will not work as the pre amp built into antenna requires 12vdc to function

All of the guessing and such can be eliminated in under 2 minutes with a simple multi meter and a quick verification of 12 vdc at the ANT coax connector on the KeyTV box... either you have 12 vdc or you don’t. If not then box is your problem...

Page 3 of this TS guide makes it quite clear

Thanks ChuckS. I'm trying to build up a library of of manuals like this. While I don't need it now, I'm sure it will come in handy later.

Is there a Keystone site that we can download other manuals from?

Keystone only provides a very generic manual for it's lineup. https://www.keystonerv.com/owners/owners-manuals/

To get appliance specific manuals jot down the make and model and start a search on the web for those .

My outside tv was snowy
I remover coax receptical box and found a poor factory cable connection. I replaced the tip which was cut too short and that solved the issue. Poor quality workmanship.
