I got the impression that it was either prohibited by code or too costly to install in compliance with a spill pit, water, etc.

It may be that the connection I would need would've been a completely separate sewer line.
We've got a 3 car wide driveway and the RV spot is the farthest from the house, separated by a 2 car garage and about 12' of patio, so besides being ~3' lower than the main where it exits the house, it'd be a substantial diagonal run under a brand new concrete driveway that I'm not willing to trench.
I would have paid to dig a new line straight out, but he couldn't even talk about it for an RV. Maybe if I added a bathroom to the garage?
Due to the rarity of 3 car driveways here, I should probably stop talking now-

Gearhead, please, please give us a retraction on your "I dump in the RV lot and the tomatoes are green" post. Between that visual and another wanting to haul human waste around in a wheelbarrow (It is only smelly the first time you do it) I don't believe I want to read anymore of this.

Let me get this straight. Correct me if I'm wrong. With a macerator the poop does flow uphill?

LOL About 40 ft away from the 'maters. They are in a raised bed.

I recently called my local sewer dept to locate my sewer cleanout(its buried in my front yard). They asked my reason, I said I'd like to possibly use it to dump my rv. They sent me a map of the original location, and thought that it was a great idea. No issues it all. I'm yet to dig up the yard to find the cleanout though.

"flow" isn't the word I'd use. I wouldn't be surprised if the term "Sh*t Storm!" was coined by a poor SOB who broke a fitting in the line out of a FloJet macerator in action.
I have also learned that when under-guesstimating the volume held in a 36 gallon black tank while pumping up to a 30 gallon BlueBoy in the bed of your truck- when the BlueBoy is full but the pump isn't done, you've got a problem on your hands and all over your truck

But that's good advice about public forums.

Do bears crap in the woods? Of course!
Do your neighbors dogs crap in your yard? You bet!
That's natural for animals, they don't know better.
Should you dump your crap in your driveway? Hell NO! You should know better!! Whether you're backed up to the woods or not!!!

Yes!
But if you're on the porch, unless you can't make it, why not step inside to use the toilet?
Now if you're out behind the barn, of course let'er fly!
Boy this thread took a hard turn in the wrong direction! But it is titled "waste dumping" not "proper waste disposal".

HaHaHa
If I'm outside I usually have dirty boots and/or grass clippings on me. And of course I'm trying to be "green" and lessen the load on the sewer plant.
Ok. I'm done!

Actually, I have done it several times, we use the camper for guest overflow. I shove the garden hose into the toilet, past the bend, close the bathroom window down on it and it works great.
No messes, so far
Much better than having to hook it up and drag it to Cabela's to dump.
