Saw this a couple weeks ago and cleaned it up. We've haven't had any rain and this is what I found today. I noticed the screws in the bottom of the slide out had some rust on them and others did not. I put sealant on top and sides of all windows on slide and on the trim on the bottom outside and all screws. Just a reminder to check everything top and bottom. This is a 354FLS and only 1 1/2yrs old. Had to caulk inside of swintek rails as they would funnel water to the inside. Not real happy with the craftsmanship of the keystone cougar. This is the second new camper we have had and the two dealers we bought from have been pretty useless.

Where on the schwintek rails did you apply caulk? I haven’t seen caulk used, and there should be a “drain pan” at each end on the bottom.

It does have the drain pans. 1st time the unit floor was soaked and you could see it dripping to the inside of the slide to the unit floor. Seal at top wasn't over the cutout for the slide and had dirt on the backside of sticky part. Got that stopped and the cargo hold was really wet after we got it back from dealer for the leak and other stuff. I put caulking on each end of the slide and in the little mounting or line up holes on each end and cargo area hasn't been wet since.
