Plugs and AC not working

So all my plugs and my AC stopped working today in my 2016 keystone passport 3350bh. I checked my GFIs, all my fuses and breakers. All good! What could it be? I read something about a convertor but was unsure. I am a newbie to RV living but really need my AC in the Alabama heat. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum

If you have no AC power, the first thing to check is the power pole or outlet your plugged into. I’d your trailer a 30A service and are you plugged into a 30A outlet?

After that, make sure to flip all the breakers to the off position to reset them and then turn them back on. Are you using any type of surge protection or EMS (energy management system)?

Thanks Chuck! I should have added more info. I am running on a 50 amp service. Everything else is working in the RV. It isn’t running on the battery. This happened with the plugs before, but AC worked and it was GFI in bathroom. My wife adjusted the thermostat down today because it was getting warm and nothing worked with it.

Is your trailer 50A? If so then you need to verify incoming voltage on each leg. Do you have InCommand

Yes its 50 amp. AC was working fine and then boom adjusted thermostat and found it will not come on. Fan or anything. I reset all breakers and checked fuses
(all good). Checked shop we are coming out of. It’s fine. No tripped breaker. Microwave is working, Fridge working , bathroom fans work and all lights work. Just no plugs or AC. We strictly run of electricity no propane.

Bathroom fan and lights are 12V so they don’t need shore power. If your trailer is 50A and your plugged into an RV 50A outlet without any adapters, I would go back and check the breakers that feed that outlet and work my way to the breaker panel in the trailer.

I did that. All breakers are fine from plug to RV. Reset all. The AC has two 20 amp but wasn’t tripped. The thermostat works fine and cycles through but nothing comes on.

Did you check the breaker that feeds the outlet the trailer is plugged into? Do you have a meter to verify voltage or are you just looking at breakers?

You need a meter and know how to use it with an RV IMO. Your 50A service has two "hot" legs that power different things. If you lose one side of it some things won't work while others on the other leg will. Is your power panel labeled for the breakers? If so are the things not working on one side of that main breaker? If they are you've lost one leg of your incoming power. You're plugged into a "shop"? Is that a specific RV 50A outlet? I would check it first thing and see if you have 120vac from each hot side then open it up to see if you don't have a loose connection somewhere in it. Turn the power off first.

The 120 vac electric supply in an RV is fundamentaly the same as a house. You stated that your "plugged into a shop". From that I gather it's not your shop. Contact the owner/manager and ask them to verify the power source that you are connected to. If the power source is good THEN the issue is on "your side" and the issue could be varied. If you do not own a multimeter and have no understanding of basic electricity then I suggest calling a qualified RV tech or electrician.
