Yeah I get it..
That’s why I didn’t sell my truck privately.. I don’t trust cashiers checks unless I get it from the teller myself... I’m not buying anything for $10000 but I’ve wondered about the whole process lately

They are mostly safe but one good hurricane can lay them all down. We were sweating it with the last one, whichever it was. The farm is 60 miles from us but only 32 miles from the Gulf of Mexico.
I saw a lot of pine timber tore up in Louisiana.
Then there are pine bark beetles, and outlaw loggers, and fires, and...

Based off the Gander Mtn that I dragged hubby into last weekend. I don’t think there is an end in sight yet for the market crashing, at least in MN. 12 big round tables spaced 6’-8’ apart, all 12 tables with a salesman and a family or hubby and wife at them negotiating with the salesman. I had to recount the tables twice because I couldn’t believe it. Can’t say I’ve seen that many people in one place negotiating for campers before. And that was after stopping at a different camper place that had about 8 families and salesmen talking sales.

On another interesting note. This particular Gander is maybe 1/2 mile from a now CW (used to be a private camper dealer, apparently bought out last year by CW). The Gander has signs up in the entrance roads/ parking lot about where transporters delivering for the CW needed to go around back of the Gander Mtn building for check-in of the new campers coming in.

I think the remodel market for RV will continue to grow. You can get some pretty cheap older RVs and put your spin on inside. I mean who’d thought Recpro would get big?

I hope lumber comes down, holding off on building. But don’t think I can wait till 2025 for Biz building.

Because they can run the entire branch with only one or two people, and save $$ by not offering inside cashiers or loan services. I've never seen the inside of a bank that was so small that you couldn't safely stay 6' away from everyone else. There is no reason they "can't" open. They don't want to. They know you'll complain, but you'll also adapt to using their app. As long as the whole industry does the same thing, you have no options to take your business elsewhere.
