New member from the Great State of Texas

Just traded up from a Heartland 26 footer bumper pull to the Hideout 298bhds 5th wheel..... towing with a Ford F-250

Like this site already... got some questions coming..... been around many campsites in North East Texas and looking forward to branching out.

Howdy neighbor. Though we live in San Antonio, we spend a lot of time in central/east Texas. Welcome...

On the north side of the river Lake Murray state park is nice - elephant rock loop is our favorite. Also, Chickasaw National Rec Area near Sulphur - both Buckhorn Loop C & The Point upper Loop are good.

Shake down went well.... Worked through some things.... Only issues were weather stripping around entry door came completely off and breaker kept blowing when running a/c and hot water heater on electric.... Even found a large storage area no one had mentioned at the dealer
