Have a water leak help!

I have a water leak that has us stumped. It is coming next to and behind the heater on the floor. Already sealed the vent behind refrigerator, dicore the roof will still no luck. Anyone else have a clue? It's a 06 289Efs cougar with 2 slides! We just bought it in December.

If it is near the fridge, have you checked the drain tube ... they crumble when they get old and leak between the fridge and outside vent cover. JM2¢, Hank

If the leak is in the vicinity of the frig, then it might be caused by the frig drain hose. The hose may not be routed to the outside and the water is draining onto the floor behind the fridge. Check outside where the exterior fridge access door is located. There should be a drain protruding slightly out of the louvered door. The drain may have come off, be kinked, or in some cases, has become brittle with age and has broken. Since your RV is new, it shouldn't be disintegrating just yet.

I mentioned the crumbled hose since the EFS models were pre 07 I believe. But I have been wrong before.

It does not have anything to do with the hose, no power on no water hooked up, it only happens when it rains.

There was a recent post about this - can't remember by whom. They found that water was getting in around the furnace exhaust port in the sidewall - something you might check?

Ya that's kinda what we are thinking, I found where the plastic fender went into the wood and it was holding water in that area so I calked all around it and the screws. The floor is drying on the top part of it no damage that I can see. Going to have someone come look at it to make sure there is nothing else going on. Hard to find contractors that want to work though. They say they are coming and never show up! Uggg.
