My wife and I have had our 2006 Montana 2950RK fifth wheel for 2 years now and getting great use out of it camping in the Wasatch and Uinta mountains nearby. Had some fun camping our way North through Montana (the state) and North Dakota...almost all of which has been boon docking.

I've made a number of mods thus far: all CRT TVs swapped/removed for a single flat screen, installed an Onan 5500, replaced the surround system and installed bluray..and rebuilt one of the landing jacks. Learned a lot and still had fun along the way.

Next mods: replace the carpeting (color choice issue...momma says it's got to go!), install a solar panel and...eventually swap out to a 6-volt system when the current batteries die out.

Yep, boob-docking in the mountians is our favorite. Very quite and lots to do. Can't wait for the snow to leave so we can get back out there.
