Winterizing

We plan on using our trailer a lot during the winter. however, it may sit in the storage yard for a week or two and it can get cold here. I'm going to buy a small compressor to blow out the lines. I already bought the adapter that goes onto the fill connector. When you do this, do you open both hot and cold taps at the same time? do you start in the bathroom then then kitchen? Is draining the fresh water tank enough? What about the grey and black?
