Tomorrow's the BIG DAY!!!

The day is finally arriving!! Tomorrow morning we go armed with our PDI list (thanks for posting it!) and pick up our new unit- 2014 Cougar High Country 317rls 5th wheel!! We're sad to see our current TT go as we've had a lot of good times with it but we're ready for the change to a 5th wheel and can't wait for our new adventures to begin with this unit.

It's been wonderful reading everyone's posts and getting armed with information and things to look for as well as the great ideas people come up with

Happy Camping ~ the journey begins again

Congrats on the new 5er.

You know the two happiest days in an RVer's life? The day you pick it up and the day you actually get to camp in it with your family.

Good times! Enjoy!

My experience is like yours, so many good memories, the old RVs are hard to let go.

Unless your first trip in the new 5'er quickly follows the pick up date, it may be the start of a very nerve-wracking period for you LOL
Congrats, hope it treats you well.

Hope you enjoy your new 5er as much as we have. And also hope you use it!! A lot!! We liked our TT too, but the Laredo tows so much nicer, no load equalizers to fiddle with, no anti-sway. Just be really careful hitching and unhitching! Happy trails...

Congratulations to you. We love ours but I still get nervous when we disconnect from the truck when setting up. During your PDI don't forget to climb on the roof and get acquainted.

Thumbs up Thanks!

Thanks everyone!! Everything went extremely well with the PDI

Spent all of last night loading up and organizing the new digs. Just have to throw in some clothes and fresh food and we're heading out tomorrow on our maiden voyage for the weekend!

Wishing everyone a safe and happy holiday weekend!
