Convince me to not buy this. Sagging Dinnette slide out

Well went to go look at this 2018 camper that I thought was a hell of a deal. Looking at the wood trim on the slide out, it appears as though it bows inward. Is this normal? The trim in the corner on the floor was warped which leads me to believe this slide out leaks water. The pulleys have clearly been moved and this slide out is very loud and doesn’t slide smoothly. I’m a first time looker, are these red flags that should completely take this camper out of consideration to purchase?

You buying this from the first owner? Dealer? They pulleys have been relocated; maybe good, maybe bad. I could not tell anything about the trim on the corner of the floor. Maybe a more specific pic would help.

Noises from a cable slide (is that what you have) can be sort of noisy. But in reality the determination of water intrusion/damage really needs to be with you and a thorough inspection. It's hard to see in random pictures. I'm sure we can help further but maybe a little more detailed info and pics would help.

The slide making a lot of noise and the brackets having been repositioned tells me there were previous issue that someone attempted to resolve. Have they been resolved or is it just a bandaid on a wound. That’s something that you will need to investigate very closely. If not 100% sure/ comfortable, walk away.

With the sheer numbers of RVs available I would run, not walk away from this RV

Possibly the slide cable broke at the swage connector and they move the pulleys in to compensate for the shorter cable….to avoid having to pull a new cable. I’d be concerned that the new location would weaken or be too close to edge of the backing board or plate behind the wall.
