Bedroom air conditioner

About a month ago I tried to contact RV Products through their website to purchase an air conditioner to install in the bedroom but got no response. Then about two weeks ago I tried sending them an email directly but again get no response.
The label located on the vent trim ring in the bedroom has the following information:

Second AC installation requires:
RV Products AC with Gateway
597263 A/C - Gateway Box Assembly
661579 A/C - 13.3 BTU - Mach 3 - Ducted Quiet - White Shroud

What I assume to be part numbers returns no information whatsoever when I do an internet search.

Is RV Products the only source for these units?
Is there another way to get to actually talk to someone at RV Products?

If you look at the gateway connected to your primary A/C you may be able to get a more searchable part number....at least for the Dometics, the gateways used on the primary and secondary A/Cs are the same.

Entering your RV year/make/model and doing a parts search at https://www.trekwood.com/ may also yield the appropriate part...although once you get it, you'd likely find it cheaper elsewhere.

I think I was able to find both parts on that site. Thanks!

I believe these Mach3 is a "Coleman" unit sold by Airxcel. If you go to the Airxcel.com website, they list their dealers where you are supposed to go to buy the A/C units and associated accessory parts.

Same situation, different problem. I doubt I will ever have need of the bedroom A/C but will probably want to put a max air unit in that location. Would there be any value to putting in the gateway?

Thanks

Nope. The gateway is for controlling an A/C, not a vent fan.
