Leaking hose

I have a leak coming from under my shower checked behind the drawers and found it was this hose Can anyone tell me why it’s leaking?

I turned off the valve that was to that hose is that okay?

That looks like the winterization hose. If it is, it's meant to be used for adding RV antifreeze at the end of the camping season when you are winterizing the trailer.
If you closed it and the leak stopped, you fixed it.
