Jump or bypass the switch with a jumper cable (not the kind for your car) and if the lights come on then it is the switch. If they don't come on then you need to trace back to the power source. I would change the fuse in the panel no matter what it looks like.

That really clarifies everything, especially the part about the switch not lighting up.

You're down to either the switch or the feed to the switch. Trivial with a VOM to figure out which.

If it's the feed, and the fuse is known good (switch it just in case) consider rodents. Not happy to bring that up, but I'm fighting that currently. Just had to install a new conductor for one dead ceiling light, and am trying to figure out how to access behind my filon cap to rewire a chewed-off clearance light cable.

Light switch in control panel is not receiving power. Fix that.

To wrap this up! Thanks for all the help. I checked fuses and switch both are good. Everything else in camper works. Had an EE come in to verify/ trace problem. Power in is working, ground is working.
While metering the wires I flipped the switch and lights came on. WTF... We tightened the wire connectors (crimp) and we are off to another trip.
