Hello!

I've visited this forum several times for information and decided it was time I joined. I live in Springbrook Alberta (between Edmonton and Calgary) and have a 2011 Cougar 30BHSWE. The dealership we bought it from (used) no longer sells RVs and we're worried we bought a lemon.

With a 10 year old entry level used rv that dealer nor any other will be of much help if it happens to be lemon.
Asking here or finding a good repair shop will be about your only options. Or worst case, just as has been done for the past 10 years, sell it & count your loses.
