tic 3500 Tongue Jack issue

yesterday we started de-winterizing the trailer doing the usual assortment of running around sticking your head in small spaces looking for leaks and unwanted critters. Its a 2018 rbs22 and we only made it out a 1/2 dozen times last year so not alot of use on it, it was covered all winter so very minimal water made its way onto the jack. I have it plugged into electrical as well as a fresh battery.I hit the switch and get nothing up or down no click or noises. The light also will not turn on located next to the up/down switch. Anyone have a suggestion as to where to start my search into the issue?

Follow the wire from the jack, back to the battery. Most likely you will find an in line fuse.

If that doesn't fix it, check the ground. One of the screws that hold it onto the frame will have a different washer on it. That's the one that finishes the connection, and sometimes gets a little corrosion in the connection over the winter.

Just unscrew it a bit and screw it back in, and see if the jack works.
