If your drawers have the metal slides on each side, there may be a little tab that has to be depressed to allow them to slide out all the way.

Some trailers will have a plastic tab at the top of the back wall of the drawer. You have to pull the drawer most of the way out, and the reach up there and pull the tab forward so that it allows the drawer to slide out.

On some of the metal slides, you just have to pull the drawer out as to the stop and then lift the front enough for the slide wheel to clear the stop tab.

NOTE WELL! In all cases, it should release easily. If you have to force it, don't!

We have metal slides on each side and there are little plastic releases built into them. Pull drawer all the way out and look at back of slide. Either lift up or push down on plastic clip depending on which side they are on.

Hi. I have a 327RES and no matter how I push or pull on the black plastic tabs on the metal rails the drawers on my dressers will not come out. The back support to the drawers is broken and I need to fix it....Help...

Try pulling the door out as far as you can, there are plastic tabs inside the slide rail. One side is pushed UP and the other side is pushed DOWN. With the plastic tabs actuated, pull the drawer and it should pull out of the stationary rail. Here are a couple of pictures of what the tabs look like.

this is very important for us because we have to remove the drawers to access our pump for winterizing. I made a note that you pull open the drawer as far as you can then you press UP on the black plastic clip on the LEFT side and at the same time press DOWN on the clip on the RIGHT side, and then pull out the drawer. Sometimes however you can't see the plastic clips and you have to move the drawer or the metal slides around until it's visible.
