If you're not "overly concerned" about the decal being scratched, I'd say that you should be able to remove the trim, straighten it out, repaint it, use new butyl putty tape under it and reinstall it yourself. It wouldn't be the "prettiest" job, but the objective, at this point, should be protecting the area from water damage. Stopping any leaks would do that. Later on, if the "scratched surface" does bother you, you can always have the area repaired professionally. Although I'd almost bet your repair would be as good as most "professional jobs"....
