Norcold refrig.

Last year on way to Myrtle beach our refrig went out ,code Li oP ,we bought some coolers and kept on getting it.Came home and took it for warranty and it was the recall for the high temp limit switch.just washed the camper yesterday and now its throwing the same code and wont stay on,their is no red light on outside in the panel were the limit switch is(when it did it the first time their was a red light on not this time),all fuses and relays and breakers are good .Anyone have any idea of what could be wrong,Could something have gotten wet and shorted or what? Thanks

I had a Norcold fridge go out once several years ago. Don't remember what code, if any, it was throwing. Happened to be at a dealer the next day looking at RVs and mentioned it to them, he told me to disconnect the ground wire from the board on the back of the fridge for a minute or so and reconnect it. It solved the problem, fridge started working again just fine. Can't hurt to try.

Edit - I THINK it was the ground wire, it's been several years.
