Leak in toilet fitting

I found a small black water leak in my 07 245rks under the toilet, it's starting to smell up my storage area where the black tank plumbing is located.

The problem is the twist on fitting can't be turned, I'm guessing the factory applied the pipe dope, tightened it up then glued all the black pipe together. I had thought about possibly cutting the pipe but there really isn't any room or slack to insert a coupler when done. Plus the black tank down tube goes down at a 45 degree angle to get to the tank, complicating things.

Its not a big leak now but you know which direction the size of the leak will take !

Any ideas ?
