Anywhere on an outside wall where you plan on installing the dryer. However.... use a stud finder to locate the studs and cut the hole between the studs anywhere that the vent will fit. There really is no standard location for the dryer vent to be installed. It's your choice, up high, down low, left or right, as long as it's between the studs (up and down) and fits the space.
You might also check for any wires that run though the wall so you won't hit them. It's easy to do. After you find your "ideal" spot, cut a small hole on the INSIDE of the camper right in the middle of your designated spot. Use a wire, making a hook on the end and fish it around the inside of the hole, round and round and if it does not hit anything, you know there are no wires in that wall. You'll need to feel the difference between insulation and wires. If your walls are Styrofoam in the middle, the chances of wires running THROUGH the wall are very, very, very slim, unless you are on a corner where 12 Volt running lights are located.
If you do hit something, the hole is small enough you can cover it back up easy without affecting anything on the outside. This new blemish will be behind the dryer anyway. It will never be seen.
Now, check a new spot the same way, and make sure there are no wires.
OR, use an electric current-wire or cable finder (like a stud finder). Sometimes stud finders will identify wires too, depending on the type used.
