1750RD Air Conditioner

I noticed some 1750RDs' have a side mounted air conditioner. Are these the 8000 btu ones ? Mine has a roof mounted air conditioner. Does this mean it is the 135000 btu upgrade option ?

The sidewall A/C are basically window air conditioners and folks complain that they cool the area around the A/C in the unit and leave other areas with not so much air flow and some have complained they tend to drip back into the cabin.

I suspect an 8K window unit would cool about as well as a roof mounted 13.5K btu but the roof mounted will likely distributed airflow through the cabin more evenly.

I'd suspect that if the side-mounted a/c is dripping inside the camper is not quite side-to-side level. I'd slightly raise the camper so the drip goes to the outside.
