Question Cargo Door repair/replace? 2011 Passport Ultra Lite M195

2011 Passport M-195

Cargo Door size: 29"Wide x 15"High

The door interiors are rotten and I am looking for advice on repairing or replacing them. The frames are in great shape.

Any advice on where to buy or how to repair will be appreciated!!!

There may be a tag still on the interior panel, if it’s there it will have part number and size.

If you’re handy, you could take the door off, drill out the rivets for the panel. Then drill out the rivets of the frame and use the core as a template. The core is most likely styrofoam with a filon cover. You may be able to buy a piece of scrap from an rv repair shop.

I replaced my cargo doors a few years ago. I had trouble finding a way to order new doors and repairing them seemed like a hit or miss project with material from Home Depot. I finally had my dealer order new doors and had them shipped to my home so I could replace them. I was lucky and the repair went smoothly as I didn't have to replace the frames. I'll include a link to a prior post with a few pictures of the problem I was having with them.

I tried to order the doors from Trekwood but found them hard to communicate with as they don't answer emails. Keystone wouldn't allow me to order the doors directly so I had to have my dealer order them for me. I forget the exact amount I paid for the doors but I believe it was somewhere around $175.00 for both with shipping. I hope the link works for you. https://www.keystoneforums.com/forum...ad.php?t=47659

Check out any of the rv surplus shops , if you have a sticker on the door it will help them.
