TV install in Keystone

Keystone Hideout 2016. Has a galvanized pipe coming down in the area where all Audio/ TV cables are. There are three cables inside the pipe. Can this pipe be used to mount a TV ? I don’t understand why a 2 in pipe with cable in it is there for. I have anew TV mount from my brother in law that is a ceiling mount I don’t thing I can use it. I don’t know what kind of ceiling/roof frames are used.

Some of those units had a TV that would swivel 180* so it could be watched from the dinette or the bedroom. The unit below had a mirror on one side and the TV on the other side. I can’t tell if the pipe shows up in the screen shot below, or exactly how the mount works. If you can verify that the pipe is solidly attached to structure on both ends - then I would mount a TV to it.
