As for the regulator issue, any appliance you use on that QD will have to have it's regulator removed in order to burn correctly. That QD line is already regulated down so with additional regulators whatever is connected will have a very small flame, if any.

The trailer came with a pull out camp stove in a compartment at the rear of the trailer, right over the LP quick connect outlet. The stove is Suburban. In my original post, the male quick connect on top is the male quick connect from the stove, which I confirmed is 1/2". It came on the trailer, so Keystone put matching 1/2" fittings on when it was built. That setup all works fine as-is.

Regarding price, buying an Natural Gas accessory hose and an adapter to go to accessories made for 1lb propane tanks might be slight more expensive than buying new male and female quick connects and a 1/4" LP accessory hose. But there is zero labor involved in the first option, where the second option involves trying to swap the fittings on the trailer's gas outlet and on the pull out stove. Not that hard, but I'd rather not if I don't have to.

Sounds like it all my not matter due to the regulator issue. I'll look into that before I go any further.

I just looked up adapting a Blackstone Griddle to to an RV and see the regulator issue. And, my situation just got more complicated since the RV adapter they make for griddles have a 1/4" quick connect on them. So using a 1/2" hose would at the very least require even more adapters or customization, if it's even possible.

This also means I can't use my portable grill since it has a built in regulator. And I also see now the value in converting my trailer to 1/4" since it also impacts so many down stream adapters and whatnot.

This project will go on the shelf while I do a little more research and think about how we want to use the griddle and grill. In the meantime, I'll just keep bringing the extra 20lb tank. Or, since our trailer has 2, connect the griddle or grill directly to whichever tank isn't currently feeding the trailer.
