Bedroom Window condensation leak in cold weather

Our front window is building up moisture on the inside of the frame and dripping on my head in middle of night. This only happens in cold weather so assume it has to do with condensation building up on the inside of the metal frame. Insulation and underside of foil is wet. See photo

We have tried opening windows, running the exhaust fan in the bathroom and even as far as putting a humidifier in the front window running on high all night.
This week it has been raining heavily but not leaks occurred until this morning after 5 days of rain, so don’t think its the exterior seal.

Is there a resolution / fix for this issue? It’s a real problem to be woken up in the middle of the night with water dripping on your head.
