Water Not Filling

I went to fill my water tank today after winterizing.
Attached the hose at each and and nothing.
Checked the water, yes it’s running.
Checked the switch back and forth from city to fill tank and nothing. No air moving thru the lines either.
Would another lever need to be turned? I didn’t do the winterizing myself this season so I’m stumped!
Is there a fuse?
What could I possibly be missing?
Thank you for any assistance!

What year, make, model, and brand is your camper? Not knowing what you have, it's almost impossible to speculate what the problem is.

Had similar issue with our new trailer, turned water pressure off, was able to turn switch to fill in wet bay and back when tank filled up.
Since then not so many problems trying to fill or top off fresh water tank.

In some trailers, the convenience center "water manifold" is filled with O-rings and sticky valves... It's a recommendation to never turn any valve with city water pressure applied to the trailer. Doing so can, in some situations, displace an O-ring, causing the manifold to malfunction....

Most people who have ever had "manifold problems" or "situations where the valves don't work or leak", will tell you to always turn off the city water before twisting valves in the water system..... YMMV
