Need Thule Awning Parts

Hello! Once we got our Colt 172RBCT travel trailer home, I noticed we're missing one support arm and the crank for our Thule Hideaway 5200 TH awning. Where would be the best place to source replacements? Is that something I should contact Thule directly for? Or can I just get something online?

I guess Lippert bought out Thule?

The only thing I was guessing is maybe Lippert contracted with Thule to make the awning assembly. I also find it strange that if this trailer is actually a Keystone product, why isn't it shown on the Keystone site? https://www.keystonerv.com/ And even on the Trekwood site, there is no indication Colt exists.
