dometic RM1350SLM not turning on

Hi folks the fridge in the cougar 2022 316RLS is giving us issues. So arrived at the park and set up. Attempted to turn on the RM1350SLM and display stayed dark. Checked the 4amp fuse (with ohm meter)checked the 2 fuses on control panel all good. I haven't checked if I have power up top by the on off switch. Checked thermofuse its not popped.
I have 12V to the terminal block, to the 4 amp fuse and to the relay.
I don't have good access ad I can't get the cover all the way off the cct board.

I'll do some reading tonight and see where I go next but will check the panel at the top front for power.

If you have any insights it is greatly appreciated.
I had another issue with Lippert 3.0 "all Jacks" error but sorted that out...
Pat.

You need to get the cover off the control board, it has fuses on it too.

Thanks for the reply. Got the cover out of the way enough to pull the 2 fuses out and tested with ohm meter and they are good.

Ok. So you have verified 12VDC at the board? If so then it may be the eyebrow, but I have seen very few eyebrows fail.

so on pin 30 of the relay has 12 Vdc. I'll check and see what I have between pin 86 and ground. Thanks again for the help. Not sure how that eyebrow comes out.
Back at it tomorrow or next day. Local dealer wants it for a week or 2...to look at it and repair.

This may help:

Since the eyebrow is behind the right door, I’m not positive how it come out but I’m willing to bet it snaps in.

I would measure for 12 vdc at J1 on the control board. Pin 30 on that relay gets is 12 vdc via same incoming 12 vdc feed... BUT.. J1 12 vdc feed has to come thru that thermocouple.. if it doesnt then the control board has no 12vdc even though that pin 30 on the relay does...

If you have 12 vdc at J1 then you need to check that eyebrow 12 vdc feed at P1-5 to see if the control board is passing 12vdc on that red wire feed to the eye brow panel

One other item to look for on your RM1350.. You may not have this thermocouple .. some RM1350 models do and some don't.

This thermofuse will be hidden inside a section of shrink wrap and if you have this in the circuit and it trips your fridge is Dead till you replace this thermofuse and find out why it opened up

Again - you may or may not have this on your 2022 RV

Thanks for the responses

Started on this again this morning and working in that area of the fridge was a pain (my big mits). At this time the best I can say is that it was a loose plug, or it wasn't making a positive connection. Fridge is on and cooling. Funny I had the plug off and on numerous times and trying to turn the fridge on. It will go to my servicing dealer to look it over.
Thanks for responding guys, it's appreciated.

Thanks for the update. I don’t think your servicing dealer is going to find anything if they turn it on and it works. You may get charged for nothing.
