Slide controller

Hello,
Having some issues with my 2007 3712. My bedroom slide only partially retracts, it is a Lippert hydraulic slide system, I called Lippert and they need the part/model number of my system, they say the model number is on the controller, where is the controller located, or does anyone know the model number?

Thanks

If your slide is hydraulic then there is no "controller" look for the pump and manifold assembly.

Just a guess this is a Raptor?? If it is, this is all the parts that Trekwood show for that year. If the other slides are working fine, maybe there is something wrong with the bed slide mechanism, which is pictured in this link. https://www.trekwood.com/parts-searc...arch-keywords=

Using the link provided above, if it’s a single ram slide, you can access the mechanism by removing the base of the storage under the bed. You may see the issue easily.
