Keystone won't have any "specific appliance owner's manuals" available, except for the ones that were included in the owner's folder that should have been provided by the dealership when you picked up the RV. Your Keystone RV Owner's Manual is a generic, (almost worthless) booklet that only covers the very basic information FOR EVERY RV THEY PRODUCE, and you'll need the manufacturer's manual for the appliance. Relying on Keystone's Owner's Manual will get you into more trouble than it gets you out of trouble.....
That said, if you have a Girard tankless water heater, it's probably a GSWH1 or a GSWH2. These are links to the water heater owner's manuals. In them are the specific instructions on how to winterize YOUR water heater.

Download the manual that is specific to your water heater and it'll "guide you through the winterization process".... DO NOT RELY ON THE KEYSTONE RV OWNER'S MANUAL for that type of information. It's non-existent.....
