 we live in the yuppie capitol of the world! anything over six inches sends them into a tail spin. any time i think of complaining i think of the folks in the mid west. good news is we are ready generator wood beer and cheesebugers. will be a nice week end to do absolutly nothing.

Maybe I should listen to the DW and go pull the slide in before we get hammered with wet, heavy snow.  Trouble is she's not always right, but she's never wrong.

We were supposed to get anywhere from 10-20" last night. Woke up this morning ready to dig my way to the pole barn to get the tractor. (AFTER COFFEE of course). Anyway, looked outside to see maybe 3" on the ground. So, either it's all still "up there" headed to SAABDOCTOR or something "fizzled" along the way...... Either way, I'm hoping that everyone gets the same "break" that we got last night.
Of course, the Great Lakes are down about 36" in total volume, we need the water, but not all at once !!!!!
Happy weekend, everyone. Let's hope all are as "fortunate" as we were this morning!

IT'S snowing now the worst is yet to come so the experts say. we should get about 20 - 25 inches got coffe for the morning beer and cheesburgers for the afternoon that should cover it the tractor is ready!! hank go pull the slides in because weather or not you will be wrong just ask my dw she'll tell you

saabdoctor sounds like your ready beer and cheeseburgers,stevec7010 are you anywhere around albany?I used to work for Leroy Holding(God rest your soul Bill Brown you will be missed)in there Prince George shop,Heck they still own the shop that we are in now when they closed there operation in va, perdue started leaseing the building from them I used to go to albany every year for there x-mas party.Do you know if the RCA dog is still on the roof down town?

Snow
Norton Shores, Michigan (the other West Coast). We got a little over 12'' of WET snow yesterday afternoon and evening. It is starting to feel like a real Michigan winter. This probably will not help the lake level much but any thing is welcome at this point.
