High all I just new to this site but not new to the RV world. Just sold my 07 to my Grandson to get him started in the Great outdoors adventures.
I just picked up a used but very good shape 2015 Keystone Laredo 346rd, It is going to be the kingpin for all the family outings since it has a large seating area.
I will be pulling it with a 2014 Dodge 6.7 Cummings With no problem. The biggest problem is the gas prices and some where to go close
Thanks all

Welcome n enjoy. I agree the price of gas will have a impack on our trips we planned on. Definitely will cut back n be shorter. Today gas is 3.79 for regular.

For safeties sake, is the '14 Dodge a 2500 or 3500?
If it's a 2500 you may want to confirm the payload on the yellow/white tag on the driver's door jamb. That rv will have 2900+ lbs of pin weight + the weight of the hitch + everyone/everything in the truck.
Just as you stated you have no problem "pulling" it, but if it's a 2500 you may have a problem "carrying" it. Typically the older 2500/250s had somewhere around 2500lb +/- payload.

Hi there SL,
Congrats on that new-to-you Laredo!
Gas prices (diesel too) are certainly on the rise, and will affect many this year.
Enjoy as much as you can and take care!

Well, where to go depends on your location in Utah.
You can come south to my part of the state-southwest-and take in the parks, state and federal.
But the national park campgrounds are typically full all summer. If you are set up for primitive there is plenty of land.
Northern Utah is always crowded. If you attempted any of the forest service campgrounds in the Uintah mountains you may not be able to fit (I has a 26’ TT that was marginal).
Either way be prepared to open your wallet.
Enjoy your rig.

It all depends on where you live in Utah and how far you want to go. Boondocking, or what do you want to see? I know of quite a few place to visit, but it depends on if you want to hike, or just camp, or also want to ride ATV/UTV's.
