2020 Outback ARC and USB wont work

Don't know if these are related (probably not) but just switched RV parks and now my ARC wont work with my Jensen TV. And the pop up power port on the dinette wont supply USB power (the green indicator flashes whenever i plug my phone or anything else into it; the 12V port on the pop up works fine. no blown fuses. any suggestions?

The ARC on the HDMI has nothing to do with what RV park pedestal you use... Idtake a long look at that HDMI cable and if its a cheap one get a better one if using ARC for audio on your TV...

I got it working. played with the settings for an hour to no avail but after looking at another forum thread on this i tried turning the stereo unit on with the remote in ARC mode and then turning on the tv. it worked. strange tho because like normal I can now turn on the tv first and then the stereo. weird.

as for the power point in the dinette getting no power to the USB ports, i removed the entire unit and opened it up to find a blown capacitor. ordered a new replacement unit from Rec Pro for $25 shipped.
