Observation Camera Power for Cougar Xlite Travel Trailer

Hi!
I have a 2017 Cougar xlite travel trailer. I have an observation camera mounted to the spare tire carrier just so I can see behind me when I pass.
I want the camera to be on when my Tow Vehicle lights are on. I would like to tap power from one of the rear tail lights but I see there are only 2 accessible wires. I assume one is for brake/turn and the other for running lights. can I tap power off the wire that would be assigned to the running lights or am I off base here. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yes you could. Most of us have tapped into the clearance lights for our observation cameras, which is the same circuit as the tail lights.

Thanks very much for the reply.
There are two (2) wires in the taillight going to the bulb is one for the running lights and one for the brake/turn signals or do I have do delv deeper into more wires hidden behind the light itself to tap power?

Hook to your truck turn on park lights and see which one has power with a test light or meter
