Loose rear wall

My 2015 Bullet Premier was damaged by hail in July 2016. It was in the shop for 8 months getting a new roof and other repairs that totaled $15,000. Just took it on first trip since repairs. I noticed that the rear (back) outside wall give a little when I push on it about 5 feet off the ground all the way up to the roof. I don't know if it did this before repairs or if this is normal for this trailer. Anyone have any information?

My 2014 Laredo has this same thing. Don't know if it is water damage like people say or not. I have noticeable smells inside the trailer that would indicate mold or delamination, and the whole wall is very stiff, just not roll press bonded like the other walls.

I was concerned about this when we first bought a year ago, called Keystone and was told that the rear wall in that year was not roll laminated like the outside walls. The inside panel/wall is assembled first, then the outside panel is assembled last after they fill the cavity with insulation and run wires.

Never took up the project of tearing into it, taking off the aluminum strips around the panel to see if I was lied to.

Interested in the thread as well.

Isn't the Bullet Premier a "floating" rear wall construction (ultra-light)?

My passport ultra lite does the same thing. Only a little over a month old so I think it's just how they are constructed. I noticed it this past weekend while washing it

Yes, you are correct. All the Bullets have a Floating rear wall panel. Perfectly normal to see flex in.

It is indeed a floating wall. Unless you have a one piece cap or nose the front wall is also that way. It just isn't as notable since it is curved.
