Perhaps the noise is coming from another source rather than the pump itself. One of the output water lines may be resting against a wooden partition and the resulting vibration may be what you hear. It could be that the pump needs to be placed on some form of vibration-free material (rubber, cork, etc.) or that the screws holding the pump in place have worked loose. Sometimes, replacing the short inlet/outlet plastic water lines with flexible stainless steel will help dampen the noise.
I'd look at first trying to reduce the noise by trying one or more of the above suggestions before replacing the pump.
If all else fails, go online - ebay, Amazon, etc., and look for marine/RV water pumps. They come in a fairly wide range of prices and features. Marine suppliers are another source of water pumps. If there is one near you, check it out.
Good luck with your pump.
