Oxygenics Hand-Held Shower Head Brushed Nickel

Who ever designed this shower head is a genius.
I got one the other month after my kids gave me a Amazon gift card. I used it to buy one of the shower heads. Its been the camper for close to 2 months and finally got to use it this past weekend.
Gosh what shower. This was as good as you can get at the bath houses. I didn't time myself but I took all the hot shower I wanted and loved the pressure this thing creates. My wife even said why did we not have this before now. I was reluctant to buy one as most in the brushed nickel finish were around $60. I caught this one on sale for around 39.99 and I had a $40 dollar gift card. so I bought it.
Glad I did and wish had done this before now..
If you were ever on the fence about buying I truly believe you wont be disappointed.
When we always hear the bad stuff or see bad reviews, its nice to post something positive about a product we could use camping.

X3 We bought a white oxygenics for the Springdale and that was one thing my DW insisted get transferred to the Cougar (along with the mattress). So far, we're living with a "hybrid" shower since I can't bring myself to buy a $60 brushed chrome shower head to replace the "fully functional white one".... Maybe in time, if this one ever self destructs ??? Until then, I usually close my eyes when shampooing anyway....

It was the first upgrade we did before we even used our travel trailer. I do wish, though, that the little on/off button would turn the water off. It has a slight stream when turned off

Ha! Yes, it is. I need to put a valve in near my hot water heater to stop that from happening.

Can you please supply a specific part number for this shower head?

I looked on Amazon and see many different heads.

Thanks,
Lee

Sorry, I can't remember the details. It think it's the same pipe that is used to bypass the HW heater when winterizing.

CW has all the shower heads on sale today in a email I got.
The Chrome and Brushed nickel finish are under 39.99 and the white is 29.99.
Just looked at them online.. Good buys.

I thought the slight stream was by design to keep the water warm/hot while off for soaping. My original tended to get cool during the off cycle.

I think the stream is to keep you from getting scalded. Probably would be hot if the hose came off the top of the bath faucet. Had one in my old TT. It was the first upgrade on the new one. It's a great start (or end ) to your day.

Love the shower head....not so happy with the imitation metal hose that comes with it.

Replaced it with an expandable SS one from Menard's and all is good

No noise with mine. It's great compared to the original.

We've had them in our last two campers. The old ones didn't have the push button - you had to twist at the base of the shower head. We even liked that, but we have the push button in our present camper, and it was a great improvement. Don't like the cold trickle, but we just aim it toward the wall when we're turning it on and off. It's amazing what a long, good pressure shower you can take - we love it!
